JOUVENLIFE Return & Refund Policy

We put at your disposal high quality products and we hope you love every order you made in JOUVENLIFE store. But if it happens that you are not satisfied with your item, please let us know. We Guarantee 100% your satisfaction in the same way we stand behind our products. We achieve our ultimate goal when you are completely satisfied with your purchase!


You can return your item (s) we”ll gladly exchange it or give you a full refund for the purchase price paid, whichever you prefer. Please remember to return your item(s) in their original box, including all packing material, manuals, and accessories. If you have already used part of the item (s), be advised to return the unused portion in the same way described above.


All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service in writing prior to returning the item(s). You may obtain a “Return Merchandize Authorization Number” or “RMA” number from our Customer Service. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer shipping carton.


Remember to return your item (s) within 90-days from the date of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will gladly exchange your item(s) or return your money. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product: If you have received a damaged or defective product, you need to contact us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and send a replacement with pleasure. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.


In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.

Information contained on the invoice will be necessary to process the return or refund. Please have the invoice ready when you call. After the 90 days return period, products will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as applicable.


Please note that, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
