Password protection

To ensure privacy and security of personal information, NEVER give your password to others. If you know someone else knows your password, change it immediately, by going to My Account.

 

Storing Frequently Used Addresses

If you ship orders to certain addresses on a regular basis, you can make shipping more convenient by storing those addresses within your account information.

You can enter, modify, or delete a primary shipping address, as well as frequently used alternate shipping addresses in the Addresses section of My Account. Be sure to fill out all fields marked with a red asterisk.

 

View Order History

Use Order History to review your most recent orders.Order Status Options include:
Active: The order has been placed, but not yet shipped.
Shipped: The order has shipped from our Service Centers.
Orders with Returns: A returned item was processed against this order.
Pending: The order is pending further action. Contact Customer Service.
Locked: The order is under review. Contact Customer Service.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.

 

Product manuals

If a product manual or installation guide is available for the item you’re purchasing, you can download it from the product page for that item.

 

Backorders

Most of the time, products are in stock and will ship immediately when ordered. Occasionally, there may be an unanticipated high demand for a product or other delay that could cause an item to be temporarily out of stock. In these cases, the out-of-stock item will be backordered for shipment to you at a later date. Any other items on the same order will ship in the normal timeframe, if they are in stock..
